Traditional Village Kitchen This video features a warm and earthy traditional kitchen atmosphere. A clay stove with a fire burning from firewood can be seen used to cook water in a metal kettle. The kitchen walls are made of woven bamboo (gedhek) that allows sunlight to enter through the crevices creating an authentic rustic feel. This firewood cooking activity is still maintained as part of local wisdom to maintain the distinctive taste of the cuisine.
